Duygu is another born and bred Istanbulli chef who specialises in baking and sharp-edge cake decoration. She is also a master of Turkish traditional desserts, cookies/pastries and bread baking. As well as the introduction to Turkish cuisine and wine, Duygu also offers baking and cake decoration classes, Turkish dessert making, chocolate making and classic pastries.

Students will see the influence of her BA in Fashion Design (from Yeditepe University) in all of her creations. Duygu studied professional culinary arts at Doors Academy in addition to professional pastry chef training and bread baking. She has been personally trained by the TAFED Turkish national gastronomy team captain, Duygu Tuğcu.
Before joining Learn to Cook Istanbul Duygu worked in the kitchens at Gina, Kitchenette, Raika and Istanbul Modern. She currently also works as a patisserie chef at Beyti Restaurant.
